Program Summary
This Diploma in Advanced Computing (PG-DAC) is a post graduate program and is the flagship programme of ACTS. The course is targeted towards engineers and IT professionals who wish to venture into the domain of advanced computing. The course aims to groom the students to enable them to work on current technology scenarios as well as prepare them to keep pace with the changing face of technology and the requirements of the growing IT industry. The course curriculum has been designed keeping in view the emerging trends in advanced computing as well as contemporary and futuristic human resource requirements of the ICT industry.

Multiple Reviews
At Infoway, students have to review each subject and topic multiple times during the entire duration of the course. This ensures the student has a clear understanding of each topic.
Internet in Lab
All the computers in the lab are connected with high speed network to the internet. Students can access the internet at all times, which comes handy to refer sites for information.
Library
All students at Infoway can freely access the well-stocked library for additional reading. Students can refer the books and magazines and or borrow them for specific period for home reading.
Workshops
At Infoway, we conduct a customized 2-day workshop for each batch based on Expectations of Industry from Freshers and Various roles offered by the IT industry. Also we conduct various workshops by professional from the IT and HR industry and these professionals are having 20+ years of experience. Workshops have a lot of team building activities, interview and presentation skill development sessions.
Interview Skills
Apart from workshops we also have a battery of sessions for interview and presentation skills in which all the students participate. Mock interview sessions are conducted by industry experts and the feedback and suggestions are given to each participant individually.

Eligibility
Candidates applying for a place in this program are required to have one of the following education degrees
- Graduate in Engineering or equivalent (e.g. BE / BTech / 4-year BSc / AMIE / DoEACC B Level, etc.) in Electronics/ Computer Science/ IT or related areas.OR
- Post Graduate in Engineering Sciences (e.g. MSc in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, etc.).OR
- Graduate in any discipline of Engineering or equivalent,OR
- MCA/MCM.OR
- Post Graduate in Physics/ Computational Sciences/ Mathematics or allied areas.OR
- Post Graduate in Management with graduation degree in Science/ IT/ Computers.
- The candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in their qualifying examination.

PG-DAC is a 6 months full time course. The complete schedule is published and is available on to students on notice boards and is also available on Infoway Students Portal.
There are classroom sessions as well as Computer Lab Session daily
Admission Process
Admissions to PG Diploma course of C-DAC is done through C-DAC’s Computerized Common Admission Test (C-CAT). Every year, C-CAT is usually conducted in June (for August admissions) and December (for February admissions).

The medium of C-CAT is English.
Important Note : A candidate can appear only for the specific section(s) in C-CAT as per the category of the courses opted by him/her at the time of filling the online application form.
Every section in C-CAT will have 50 objective-type questions. Each objective-type question will have four choices as possible answers of which only one will be correct. There will be +3 (plus three) marks for each correct answer, -1 (minus one) for each wrong answer, and 0 (zero) marks for each un-attempted question. The maximum marks a candidate can obtain in any one section of C-CAT are 150.
Fees and Installments:
The total fees of the course is Rs. 90,000/- plus Goods and Service Tax (GST) currently 18%.
The course fees has to be paid in two installment as per the schedule.
First installment is Rs. 10,000/- plus Goods and Service Tax (GST) currently 18%.
Second installment is Rs. 80,000/- plus Goods and Service Tax (GST) currently 18%.
